2002 to 2005
This project has been launched for small and medium sized enterprises (SME) for the IT- and Media field. Qualified personnel is most important for success in today's changing times.
Our aim is to help the SMEs and their female employees as well as women starting in their jobs again after parental leave to build up their knowledge successfully to new qualification demands.
The FCS will set up - together with the cooperation of EQUAL - a qualified program that includes the current needs of companies and offers suitable further educational modules. Therefore the new variety of learning abilities play an important role in this program.
IT and Media Companies of Munich ...
... can have their female and male employees qualified at a reasonable rate through EQUAL if they give them paid leave for a specific time for further education. In the EQUAL Cooperation they will get the possibility to :
- become customized qualified personnel at reasonable rates
- bind their staff to the company
- give qualified women more prospects of promotion
- give female employees a chance after parental leave to integrate themselves again
Qualified employees in the IT and Media Branches ...
... can qualify themselves at a very reasonable rate due to EQUAL if the employer gives them paid leave from work. Therefore they get the possibility to:
- cover necessary requirements
- deepen IT knowledge very specifically and fundamentally
- get back to the newest standard after parental leave
