What is EQUAL?

The joint initiative of EQUAL stands for more employment, qualification and equal opportunities in the labour market and for European integration.

EQUAL will be offered in all partner countries of the EU.

EQUAL will be set up in so called development partnerships (DP) for more equal opportunities in the labour market.

The Munich EQUAL-Cooperation

The equalmünchen GmbH will be responsible for the Munich DP "Labour Development in the Region of Munich". Out of 15 partial projects the focus will be on three main subjects:

1. IT- and Media Business
2. The Care Sector
3. The expanding region Munich Airport

Transnational Partners

The European partners of the Munich DP are the cities Bordeaux (France), Den Haag (The Netherlands), Dublin (Ireland) and Naples (Italy).
